Why it matters
Months after move-in, nobody remembers whether that scratch was already there. A few blurry photos and a handwritten checklist rarely settle it.

It gives both sides a detailed, dated photo record with findings you've reviewed yourself, and a way to sign it off. It records visible condition only; it isn't a structural survey or legal advice.
No. They open a private link, see the full report with photos, download the PDF and record their response. Links expire and you can revoke them at any time.
Every finding starts as a suggestion. You confirm, edit or dismiss each one, and add anything it missed, before a report is created. If photos are too dark or don't show a room well, it says so rather than guessing.
Each report has a verification code and QR code. On the verification page, anyone can drop in their copy of the PDF and see whether it's identical to the one Bausian generated. Original photos can be checked the same way.
Your account, photos and reports are stored in Frankfurt, Germany. For AI analysis, the relevant photos and room details (not your name or email) are processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, under EU data protection terms. Nobody else sees your reports unless you share them.
